The ConTutti5ensi (Stories - Paths - Flavors) project will run from September to November 2026 through several events designed to showcase the local area and the typical food and wine of the municipality of Poggiorsini, the smallest village in the Alta Murgia National Park. The project's name evokes the five senses that will be activated in visitors during the immersive experiences in the surrounding nature, but it also alludes to the directions of travel along the various historic and scenic trails that will be explored during excursions in the Alta Murgia Geo Park.
